The township is an over-going process that takes place around the world. Cities in Malaysia also experience this development. Due to the increasing population of the city and the need to provide a wide range of infrastructures have raised a lot of issues that are living in urban wellbeing. The comfort issue of housing in the city is often discussed in the mass media and urban scientists. The main issue is the discomfort of residents residing in their homes. Today, the interior and exterior aspects of housing are less of their emphasis. As such, the analysis of this writing is to propose some criteria for the quality assessment of the living housing which can be baptized as a quality assessment of the city's population. The comfort of housing like home is that it includes the benefit of urban residents (from home) to the facilities provided and landscaping. The interior of the house covers design and thermal comfort. From this initial assessment, the comfort of urban dwellers to their housing will be considered as the quality assessment criteria of their life in the city in the future.
