This work reveals the analysis outcomesfor craniometric and morphometric parameters ofthe temporomandibular joints and incisal dentofacialsegments obtained through studying 157 computertomograms and lateral skull teleradiographies frompeople with physiological occlusion of permanent teethin the first mature age period. Detailed investigation ofthe spatial arrangement of the craniofacial structuresallowed developing, substantiating and testing a methodof computer tomograms combination of the mandibularjoint and dentofacial segments of the mandibular andmaxillary medial incisors with head teleradiographies inthe lateral projection. This algorithm allowed increasingthe measurements reliability (linear, angular) in thesagittal plane, identifying the degree of complexity andjustifying the choice of tactics for the planned treatment, describing the facial skull growth type (horizontal, verticaland neutral), as well as evaluating the effectiveness oforthodontic treatment at all stages.
