We presented the data on the study of the working conditions of female workers engaged during concentrating on non-ferrous metal ores at the mining and processing plant, the frequency of gynecological pathology, as well as the retrospective analysis results of the course of pregnancy and labor. It has been established that the working conditions during concentrating on non-ferrous metal ores increase the risk of gynecological diseases and complications in the course of pregnancy and labor.
