During the research we identified the MLVA-types of Vibrio cholerae O1 and Vibrio cholerae nonO1/O139 strains that were isolated during environmental monitoring and patients with acute intestinalinfections (AII) at various territories of the Caucasus and Trancaucasian region. Analysis of thedendrograms based on the MLVA-typing of 25 non-toxigenic Vibrio choleraе O1 and Vibrio choleraenon O1/O139 strains on 4 loci isolated from environmental samples and 3 toxigenic of V. choleraeisolated from humans on 5 loci has revealed various degree of phylogenetic relations strains isolatedwithin various territories in different taking into account during the cholera agents monitoring inenvironmental samples at a certain territory.
