The article presents the results analysis of preventive medical examination for adults in the Shpakovskyregion of Stavropol region for 2015–2017. In the disease structure cardiovascular diseases ranks first,endocrine disorders has the second highest rate of incidence, genitourinary system diseases ranked third.The main risk factor for the chronic non-communicable diseases is unbalanced diet (35,74 %). Lowphysical activity ranks second accroding to the results of questionnaire (31,23 %) and high bloodpressure ranked third (24,45 %). Frequency rate of chronic non-comminicable risk factors detection hadbeen decreased during the years.
