The study of metabolic processes in petrochemical workers has revealed hyperactivation of lipidperoxidation processes, antioxidant system suppression, high prevalence of dyslipidemia andhyperfermentemia of serum enzymes. Length of service determinancy of metabolic changes in workers ofbasic occupations has been found. This confirms the significance of laboratory studies in the diagnosticsof pathological processes development in petrochemical production workers.
