Presents results of a study of age-related sexual development of the neuro-psychiatric students in grades9–11 of secondary school. The tasks of studying the peculiarities of age development of cognitivefunctions of adolescents, the development of psychomotor and formation of socio-psychologicaladaptation. In 9–11 grades of schooling identified the continued development of psychophysiologicalfeatures of adolescents in a complex with their social and psychological adaptation. If this apparentgender difference in significantly greater development of the girls, logical thinking and psychomotor ofthe kind that is associated with coordination of movement. Other psychomotor associated with the speedof sensorimotor reactions is better developed in young men. The revealed peculiarities of the neuropsychiatricindividuals leaving school after the 9th grade. In the study of sociometric status receivedmore negative psychosocial relationships classmates. The study may have practical value for modernmental health and school psychology while working with high school students.
