Evaluation of structural and dynamic indicators of the prevalence of endocrine diseases in adults andchildren living in areas with different levels of exposure to chemical and range of environmental factors,tropic to the endocrine system. Nosological entities identified priority to the worst dynamic trends (inadults: diabetes (51,3 % in the pathology of endocrine structure) and thyroid disease (33,7 %) inchildren - eating disorders (obesity and excess weight, 48,5 %), thyroid disease (46,1 %). In the complexof sanitary-epidemiological criteria highlighted two types of areas in the Russian Federation with thehighest level of endocrine diseases (obesity and thyroid disease) and adverse sanitary situation.
