Conducted research and elemental composition of dispersed dust of cement by Iskitimcement fromlimestone and shales of the Chernorechensk deposits of the Novosibirsk region, the resulting indices ofrisk combined action of the components of the cement dust, the comparative assessment of the toxicity ofcement dust with different particle sizes. With the help of analytical formulas obtained predicted value ofthe estimated safe level of exposure to atmospheric air of populated areas and taking into account thechemical composition and fineness of cement dust Iskitimcement proved the value ASLI.
