A comprehensive analysis of the formation of the health and professional risks under the influence ofworking conditions in office workers was made. According to the results of additional assessment andsurvey of employees healthy employees stood at 9,8 %, persons with impaired adaptive mechanisms andan increased risk of development of diseases – 30,4 %, workers in need of treatment in outpatientconditions – 59,8 %. The calculation of individual risk has allowed us to refer to the group with a highrisk – 75,5 % of office workers.
