The pollution levels have been determined with the different geographical zones (taiga, forest-steppe, and mixed forest) rivers used as examples. Water quality classes have been set by hydro/biological data and by the values of the integrated physical/chemical indicator of anthropogenic load. Interconnection between the biotic indices natural values and the corresponding indicators of anthropogenic load has been investigated and stated via water samples quality classes. The obtained data as results of hydro/chemical and biotic monitoring enables to found operatively water body reaches with increased anthropogenic load and risk of the biological diversity depletion or degrading.
