Qualitative and quantitative estimation of the Zeya Reservoir upon the Amur River flood runoff downstream the Zeya River confluence point, prior the Bureya hydro plant construction has been done on the basis the Amur, Zeya, and Selemdzha rivers reconstructed and observed maximal annual water flow rows. Qualitative estimation has been done with the use of statistical methods, the linear trend method, the integral curve plotting method, and the analog method. To perform the quantitative estimation of water flow extreme (maximal) changes under the Zeya hydro power plant influence the method of comparison of different probability flows obtained for similar water content changes cycles corresponding to disturbed and undisturbed runoff periods has been used.
