On Making Amendments to the Technique of Substances Acceptable Discharge Standards on Controlled Discharge of Waste Water from Slurry Tanks Development

The paper substantiates the proposal to introduce a number of additions to the substances acceptable discharge standards development methodology, which relate to the possibility of a adjustable discharge of waste waters on the basis of the provisions set out in the Water Code and the Federal Law «On Environmental Protection».
