An information system of the flooding zones building on the basis of known water levels in a waterway is presented. Desktop- and Web-versions of the developed system are described. The principle of creation of hydrological correct DEM of a flood plain of the Irtysh River and the territory adjoining to it near Khanty-Mansiysk as one of bases for the zones of flooding building is described.
