Analysis of the qualitative indicators of surface runoff formed on forestcovered and forest-free territories, as well as hydro/chemical analysis of samples taken from the Ingoda River before precipitation and after precipitation have been carried out. On the basis of the above results a scheme of forest cover restoration after fire has been proposed.
