Outputs of the biogenic matter and metal compounds content determination in the Iset reservoir bottom sediments have been presented. Distinctions between bottom sediments chemical composition of the heated area and the area with natural temperature regime have been found. Some changes of the bottom sediments chemical composition in comparison with 1983–1986 have been revealed.
