Impact of hydropower construction on the solutes content and discharge in the Bureya River water in low-water year (2008) and high-water years (2012–2013) have been considered. Evening of seasonal differences in the main ions, as well as nitrogen, iron and organic matter mineral forms content has been stated. Increase of ion discharge, as well as biogenic and organic matter discharge in winter period has been revealed. During high-water years in summer-fall period micro/elements higher concentration and discharge have been registered, in comparison with the same prior to regulation. The nitrate nitrogen and iron discharge was higher, too.
