Issues of mathematical or simulation models for solution of lacustrine ecosystems optimal management tasks in order to preserve water quality and obtaining an economic effect from a water body natural resources use have been presented. Problems of rehabilitation of the lakes subjected to anthropogenic impact, maintaining of the renewed resources biomass and its biological diversity at the acceptable level have been discussed. Application of genetic algorithm as one of the possible ways of solution of the optimization task.
