The paper deals with suspended alluvium flow formation conditions for the Middle-Kura Depression rivers territory, their many-year fluctuations and their calculation methods. The main natural and anthropogenic factors of suspended alluvium flow formation have been revealed with the cause-effect analysis and recommendations on prevention of the occurring of problems connected with suspended alluvium flow have been produced. Statistic parameters of the arrays to be analyzed have been assessed with the L-moments method. A map of river waters turbidity distribution has been composed with the use of GIS techniques.
