Possibility of sterilization of solid domestic waste filtrate concentrate with incineration plant carry-out ashes containing heavy metals with the consequent immobilization of the resulted pulp into a cement block has been investigated. It has been demonstrated that the humic acids quantity contained in the filtrate concentrate is sufficient to bind heavy metals contained in carry-out ashes into complexes. A possibility of mutual sterilization of the filtrate concentrate and carry-out ashes has been shown.
