Issues of the mining region hydrosphere formation have been considered. Significance of surface waters hidden (latent) pollution has been demonstrated, its role increases after mines’ liquidation (wet closing-down), especially at small river catchments. Quantitative assessment of technogenic mass-transfer scale has been performed, the scheme of the mining territory hydrosphere quality formation has been developed.
