A great deal of attention has been paid to global economic issues in thelast decade. This has been a natural byproduct of the increasing interdependenciesof all national economies and the growth in entrepreneurship and acompetitive environment. This has accentuated in recent years due to theemergence of several developing countries as global economic forces, thereorganisation of the production process, change in nature and location ofdevelopment and finance. One can clearly observe this with the economic growthand self sufficiency attained by India, China and the quick re-emergence fromcrisis of the ASEAN countries.
