AS DIFERENTES POLÍTICAS DE LÍNGUAS PARA OS POVOS INDÍGENAS EM DOIS MOMENTOS HISTÓRICOS NO BRASIL

Este artigo de cunho bibliográfico tem por objetivo refletir sobre os sentidos postos em funcionamento nas políticas de línguas voltadas para os povos indígenas. Dentre vários documentos de cunho jurídico optamos por analisar as discursividades nos artigos 210 e 215 da Constituição Federal de 1988 que trata do direito dos povos indígenas garantindo o uso de suas línguas e a manifestação de sua cultura em seus espaços. Todavia, traçamos também um percurso histórico das políticas de língua institucionalizadas no período colonial com o Diretório dos Índios por Marquês de Pombal. Para a análise do corpus utilizaremos a teoria da Análise de Discurso, mobilizando os conceitos de silenciamento e os efeitos de dominação e diversidade propostos por Eni Orlandi (1998) considerando seus efeitos de sentidos nestas proposituras políticas.Abstract:This bibliographic imprint article aims to reflect on the meanings put into operation in the languages oriented policies for indigenous peoples. Among several legal nature of documents we chose to analyze the discourses in Articles 210 and 215 of the Federal Constitution of 1988 deals with the right of indigenous peoples ensuring the use of their language and the expression of their culture in their areas. But also we draw a historical background of institutionalized language policies in the colonial period with the directory of the Indians by the Marquis of Pombal. For the analysis of the corpus we will use the theory of discourse analysis, mobilizing the concepts of silencing and the effects of domination and diversity proposed by Eni Orlandi (1998) considering the effects of these policies senses propositions.
