This paper focuses on assessing the role and impact of human resources on the marine economic development of Tra Vinh Province. Thereby, the article indicatesthat, in recent years at Tra Vinh Province, the role and the promotion of human resources still exist certain limitations. Tra vinh has not yet reached its potential while the province is having many opportunities for marine economic development. Based on the mentioned assessments, a number of basic solutions have been proposed to improve the quality of human resources serving for marine economic development of Tra Vinh Province in the coming time.
