РОЗВИТОК МАШИНОБУДІВНОЇ ГАЛУЗІ УКРАЇНИ В УМОВАХ ЕВРОІНТЕГРАЦІЇ

У статті виявлено особливості стратегічного планування вструктурах важкого машинобудування в умовах глобалізації, як і зурахуванням проведеного аналізу запропоновано методологічний підхід доформування стратегічних альтернатив і планів розвитку підприємстваважкого машинобудування, виходячи із специфіки зовнішньогосередовища і закономірностей її розвитку. Оцінка нинішнього станупідприємств в Україні та розробка програм їх розвитку неможливі безрозуміння характеру впливів безлічі факторів по вертикальних ігоризонтальних зв'язків різних рівнів національної та глобальноїекономіки. Відповідно, підприємство, здатне своєчасно і адекватнореагувати на зміни макроекономічного середовища, відноситься до класуконкурентоспроможних і систем, що самоорганізуються. The article reveals the features of strategic planning in the structures ofheavy engineering in the conditions of globalization, as well as taking intoaccount the analysis carried out, a methodological approach to the formationof strategic alternatives and plans for the development of heavy engineeringenterprises based on the specifics of the external environment and the laws ofits development. Assessment of the current situation of enterprises in Ukraineand the development of programs for their development are impossible withoutunderstanding the nature of the effects of many factors on the vertical andhorizontal links of different levels of the national and global economy.Accordingly, an enterprise capable of promptly and adequately responding tochanges in the macroeconomic environment belongs to the class of competitiveand self-organizing systems.
