ВЗАЄМОДІЯ ПОЛІТИЧНОГО ТА АДМІНІСТРАТИВНОГО УПРАВЛІННЯ: УРОКИ ДЛЯ УКРАЇНИ

Стаття присвячена вивченню взаємодії політичного таадміністративного управління. Автором аналізується практикадеполітизації системи виконавчої влади. Зазначається, що в Україні існуєнормативно-правове підґрунтя, яке визначає, характеризує, обмежуєправа та обов’язки посадових осіб як адміністративного спрямування,так і політичного. Охарактеризована участь політичних партій якпосередника у діалозі між органами влади та суспільством. The article is devoted to the study of the interaction of political andadministrative management. The author analyzes the practice of depoliticizingthe system of executive power. It is noted that in Ukraine there is a legal andregulatory framework that defines, characterizes, restricts the rights andobligations of both administrative and political officials. Participation ofpolitical parties as an intermediary in the dialogue between authorities andsociety is characterized.
