The article dwells upon a series of aspects of identification and improvement of the level of preparedness of teachers at general educational organisations for creation of special conditions for students with health limitations in the Irkutsk Region. The approaches towards methodological work with teachers described in the article are based on the results of a research, and may be of interest to administrative workers and educators at general educational organisations.
