Pacifist empowerment is constituted as a non-violent social change strategy that grants people and their communities agency power, which allows them to change the course of the conflicts that affect them and thereby achieve the visibility that they possess an innate and inactive power in which it is possible to educate, train and transform.This article discusses the epistemological and ontological assumptions of pacifist empowerment, with a proposal that intends to link them with the principles for education for peace so that it becomes a teaching tool in everyday life and in the classrooms of all students. educational levels in Mexico, preferably at the primary level.The phenomenological and hermeneutical research proposed here is complemented by an extensive theoretical discussion, where the complexity in which the human being inhabits and the conflicts derived from it are placed as transformative scenarios, which must be managed from the peace and peaceful power of the people can reduce harm to individuals and their social groups.
