Higher level managers who are responsible for bouncing at the organization's level understandably have higher motivation and enthusiasm for their work. High motivation does not always mean a high level, but it is reasonable to assume that employees who are highly motivated will tend to have high morale more often. The communicator always hopes that the receiver will notice the message and assess its content depending on the motivation. To accomplish this, the communicator is responsible for bringing the message into line with the needs and desires of potential tourists.
