The article discusses the role of the timetable as part of the commercial offer in public transport in comparison with broadly understood concept of the commercial offer in the economy. The influence of deficiencies of transportation offer on the perception of rail transport and the development of competing services was described. Article describes the idea of a stable, integrated timetables and features that make the timetable may be classified as a cyclic and integrated. The potential benefits of the transport system, which brings stabilization of the timetable were shown.
