The paper discusses the method of performing and elaboration of measurement of subgrade deformability. It was shown the required values of deformation modules of as well as density and deformation indexes. The analysis of stress and deformation of laminar subgrade has been made in order to determine the depth of interaction zone on a test plate in the subgrade. Presented conclusions regard to the applicability of normative dependencies on the value of deformation and density index.
