В статье представлены литературные данные по саркоме Капоши: описаны основные формы, клинические проявления, трудности и алгоритм диагностики. Подробно освещены критерии дифференциального диагноза саркомы и псевдосаркомы Капоши. Представлен клинический случай развития псевдосаркомы Капоши типа Мали у пациента 74 лет. The article presents the literature review on Kaposi’s sarcoma – the main forms, clinical manifestations, difficulties and diagnostic algorithm are described. Criteria for differential diagnosis of Kaposi’s sarcoma and pseudosarcoma are covered in detail. The paper presents the clinical case of Pseudosarcoma Kaposi Mali type of patient at age of 74 years.
