В обзоре описаны эпидемиология, клиническая симптоматика, методы лабораторной диагностики нейросифилиса. Дан обзор рекомендаций по диагностике нейросифилиса в США, Германии, Российской Федерации, Великобритании. Описан собственный случай диагностики и лечения нейросифилиса в условиях психиатрической клиники. The review describes the epidemiology, clinical symptoms, and methods of laboratory diagnosis of neurosyphilis. A review of recommendations for the diagnosis of neurosyphilis in the USA, Germany, the Russian Federation, and Great Britain is given. We describe a case of our own diagnosis and treatment of neurosyphilis in a psychiatric clinic.
