В статье изложена актуальность проблемы репродуктивного здоровья женщин в Украине. Рассмотрены этиопатогенетические факторы, обуславливающие возникновение заболеваний у пациенток, приводящих к снижению фертильности. Проанализирована эффективность иммуномодулирующих препаратов в нормализации иммунного статуса пациентов. Рассмотрены перспективы применения β-глюканов в практической деятельности акушеров-гинекологов. The article describes the urgency of the problem of reproductive health of women in Ukraine. The etiopathogenetic factors causing the onset of diseases in patients, leading to a decrease in fertility, are considered. The effectiveness of immunomodulatory drugs in normalizing the immune status of patients has been analyzed. Prospects for the use of β-glucans in the practice of obstetrician- gynecologists are considered.
