Цель. Продемонстрировать случай хирургического лечения эктопии зрачка в исходе проникающего ранения. Материалы. Пациент Л., 34 года, получил травму в детстве, в результате которой произошла эктопия зрачка, что привело к снижению зрения и косметическому дефекту. Результаты. Была проведена реконструкция зрачка. Спустя 2 месяца проведена лазерная дисцизия задней капсулы хрусталика. Устранили косметический дефект, повысились зрительные функции. Purpose. The purpose of the work is demonstration of the case of surgical treatment ectopia of the pupil in the outcome of a penetrating injury. Materials. Patient L., 34 years old, suffered an injury in childhood, the outcome of which occurred ectopia of the pupil, which led to a decrease in vision and a cosmetic defect. Results. The pupil was reconstructed. After 2 months, a laser discission of the posterior capsule of the lens. Dropped out cosmetic defect, increased visual function.
