Иммунологические исследования широко используются в практической лабораторной медицине для диагностики инфекционных и неинфекционных заболеваний. В ряде публикаций имеются противоречивые сведения об использовании IgА для диагностики COVID-19инфекции. В данной статье приведены результаты исследований по определению IgА в сыворотке крови и носоглоточных смывах (НГС) от пациентов с коронавирусной инфекцией (КВИ). Immunological studies are widely used in practical laboratory medicine for the diagnosis of infectious and non-infectious diseases. A number of publications contain conflicting information about the use of IgA for the diagnosis of COVID-19 infection. This article presents the results of studies on the determination of IgA in blood serum and nasopharyngeal washings from patients with coronavirus infection (CVI).
