The author effectuate the analysis of scientific literature under the examination of the neurobiological characteristics of "social brain" and "theory of mind", as anatomical differences between the brain of an autistic person and the brain of a neurotypical person, in order to be the most important component of the autistic disorder spectrum. The theory of mind dysfunction is unique to autism spectrum disorder. The idea that there is a theory of mind has been confirmed by research in brain imaging. Then, the transition was extended to include another concept, which is "neural pathway". The article cites research that illustrates the anatomical regionsof the human brain for social communication – the neural pathway, also the perception pattern of a person with autism.
