Развитие экономики современного государства невозможно без ее важнейшего инфраструктурного компонента - транспорта. Обеспеченность территории развитой транспортной системой является одним из ключевых факторов размещения производительных сил, привлечения инвестиций и трудовых ресурсов. В рамках данной статьи рассматриваются современные требования по вопросам изысканий и проектирования автомагистралей, аэродромов и специальных сооружений, являющихся важнейшими составляющими единой транспортной системы любого государства. The development of the economy of a modern state is impossible without its most important infrastructure component - transport. The provision of the territory with a developed transport system is one of the key factors in the distribution of productive forces, in attracting investments and labor resources. Within the framework of this article are considered questions of research and design of highways, airfields and special structures that are key components of a single transport system of the Russian Federation.
