The article discusses the features of the granu-lometric characteristics of processing media made from natural materials and their influence on the quality of finishing processing of parts of electronic equipment under vibration processing conditions. It is shown that the presence of wedge-shaped tops, different in size and angular position relative to each other, makes it possible to consider the granule as a tool that performs cutting and has access to various surfaces of the workpiece. Recommendations for the selection of the granulometric characteristics of the pro-cessing media are offered.
