The essence of screw rotors and their techno-logical capabilities for finishing processing of long parts are shown; analytical dependences are proposed for calculating the specific metal removal, duration and geometrical dimensions of the part, rotor, granules of the processing medium, ensuring the required quality of parts and processing productivity in screw rotors.
