The paper reflects the results of experimental studies and testing of the processes of com-bined formation of surfaces with a complex profile, such as bladder machines. The methods of activation of such surfaces before applying plasma sputtering were proposed, technological schemes of combined processing were devel-oped, experimental research results were shown.
