The paper presents the results of a study of the influence of the schemes of supply and removal of the electrolyte flow and its parameters (electrolyte pressure at the inlet PBX and pressure drop Δp) on the quality of electrochemical shaping of holes in samples of stainless and titanium alloys used in the manufacture of parts of rocket and space technology. It is shown that the change in PBX and Δp has a significant effect on the quality of hole formation. It has been experimentally established that the scheme of lateral electrolyte supply is preferable.
