Modern digital technologies expand the possibilities for methods of modeling the state of various systems, including those of natural origin. At the same time, in the field of control over the state of woody plants, verbal models still prevail. The reason is the lack of measuring instruments that would determine the condition of trees with controlled accuracy. The article proposes a model of the device, the principle of which is based on the measurement of the potential difference in tree trunks, formed as a result of thermopolarization phenomena in the xylem of the trunks.
