The article is devoted to features of intercultural communication of Russian and foreign students within the All-Russia youth educational forum at Lake Seliger. Features of character of representatives of differentnationalities (Russia, China, the USA, India) are studied here. Similarities and differences in the nature of these nationalities are revealed. The specifics of intercultural communication are considered from positions sociocultural contextualisation considering national lines and features of social perception of students. Psychological mechanisms by means of which intercultural difficulties are overcome.
