The article deals with the issue of interaction of the Prosecutor's office with bodies, organisations, institutions in the implementation of the Prosecutor's supervision of the rights of persons with disabilities. The author draws attention to the fact that such interaction is one of the directions of improvement of Prosecutor's supervision in this sphere. The article analyses the views of researchers about the Institute of interaction. The author attempts in the article to reveal the forms of interaction of the Prosecutor's office with the authorised bodies, which is the mutual exchange of information, involvement of specialists of control and Supervisory bodies, joint activities, accounting and current control over the implementation of the activities, informing about the work of the Prosecutor's office in the public domain, the participation of prosecutors in the consideration of their acts of prosecutorial response. The author concludes that each form of interaction plays an important role in the implementation of prosecutors ' supervision over the observance of the rights of persons with disabilities, but only their use together can lead to a successful result and increase the level of the rule of law in the field of observance of the rights of persons with disabilities.
