Rozpustenie extrémistických strán v judikatúre Slovenska a Českej republiky

The paper deals with the dissolution of extremist parties in the case-law of Slovakia and Czech republic. The chosen research method is the comparison based on analysis of a limited number of examples, which is a method commonly used to study regimes, governments, or various institutions. Aim of the work is identify differences and similiarities between Slovak and Czech case-law on dissolution of an extremist political party. These differences and similarities will be identified through the comparison of: legislations of the possible dissolution of a political party, legal grounds for the dissolution of a political party and legal grounds for the decision to dissolve of a political party.
