The paper shows the results of medical support of the ISS-64 crew. A brief de-scription of the medical support system is given; main outcome of implement-ing the program for medical monitoring of cosmonauts’ health status and envi-ronment conditions on the ISS RS during the mission and the use of onboard means and facilities meant for maintaining the health and performance of cosmonauts is shown as well.
