After the 3rd International Symposium of Humanistic Geography entitled " Geography, myth, tale, archetype" (2013), this contribution aims to question the links and the use of these four concepts in contemporary geography. It establishes the relationship between science and myth, and it highlights the importance of including forms of imaginary and mythical stories in the geographical narrative.Issue du 3 e Colloque international de Géographie humaniste intitulé " Géographie, mythe, conte, archétype" (2013), cette contribution vise à questionner les liens et l’usage de ces quatre concepts en géographie contemporaine.
