Today the space industry has a powerful technical, theoretical and practical base. However, until nowadays, sending a man into space has only a professional focus (except in some cases). A significant number of people who want to make a space flight is confirmed by statistical studies. The travel business is just starting to offer this service. The main directions of commercial development of the industry are the followings: the creation of infrastructure facilities, specialized aircraft, the development of a training system for "space" tourists, the creation of an appropriate subject-spatial environment for the preparation of tourists, and their flight into the cosmic space. This poses some diverse tasks for designers: from the development of social programs and management to infrastructure planning and engineering solutions in transport, construction, and architecture systems. This study examines the pre-flight preparation of "space" tourists as an object of design. The analysis of training is carried out from the following positions: as a set of conditions for multidimensional adaptation of a person to new states; as a scenario of human immersion into the space environment using design tools; and as a dynamic system that combines artistic-aesthetic and utilitarian-practical properties of training objects
