Regulação sanitária: inclusão e proteção à saúde

O tema proposto tem como ponto de partida a inquietação de pessoas, grupos, pensadores que vêm refletindo sobre o funcionamento global da sociedade brasileira. Principalmente depois de 1985, com a substituição do regime militar por um regime democrático, que ficou conhecido como Nova República. Analisando os últimos (quase) 30 anos, um cientista social afirmou: “A desmontagem da Nova República”... “está sendo claramente vivida neste começo de século e de milênio”... “As instituições e os partidos políticos”... entraram... “em nítido colapso no vendaval das manifestações populares”... “e perderam os laços com a sociedade”.\udEssas palavras transformam o tema numa pergunta: o modo de operar das instituições governa-mentais nacionais, e em particular dos órgãos de vigilância sanitária, tem servido à inclusão social e à proteção à saúde?\ud\udThe theme has as its starting point the caring of people, groups, thinkers who have reflected on the overall functioning of Brazilian society.
